At Bestsellers, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items or a full replacement for any goods that arrive damaged. Please note that perishable items are subject to specific health and safety regulations regarding eligibility for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the unopened food items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
